Waited 45 minutes for a walk-in new set appointment. The owner seemed bothered but tried to be polite. The nails were uneven and not shaped as requested. Asked for more shaping, which upset the owner. She abruptly asked me to leave and finish elsewhere, refusing payment. Left feeling disappointed and hurt, needing my nails done urgently.
I was optimistic about this place seeing the regulars, but the customer service was subpar. The woman at the front desk was impolite, trying to sway my daughter's decision. The polish racks were disorganized, a nightmare for those with OCD. The prices didn't match the service quality; I could've done better at home. My pedicure lasted only 25 minutes, not ideal for the first of the season. I won't return. When I requested an itemized receipt, she tried to jot it on a sticky note.
Visited for my birthday, got a pedicure and full set. Pedicure was fine, but the full set was a mess. Chose a premade set, loved the design, but nails started falling off the next day. After replacements, more fell off due to inadequate acrylic application. After a few more fell, I gave up. Won't be returning.
