The attention to detail was lacking! Nails were uneven, not properly smoothed and filed. All nail edges were done unevenly, not worth the $85 I paid. I've paid less for better service and results before. Not much effort was put in. No cuticle removing solution used. Not even a quick dip in hot water for my hands! The pedicure lady made an effort, but seemed unsure. The manicure lady kept giving instructions in their language. She was dismissive, stopped in the middle to answer her phone, and texted back and forth. Very unprofessional. I'm about to celebrate my 20th year working at Salon Studios. It has truly become my second home. I've built some incredible friendships with clients and fellow studio owners. While I've checked out other studios in the area, renting from this company has been a great experience. Absolutely stunning salon! Harper styled and colored my hair and it's the best it's ever looked. This is hands down the finest hair salon I've ever visited. I received balayage and a blowout, and my hair feels incredibly healthy and soft with a beautiful color. They really took their time. There was no rushing, and the result is just amazing. I'm receiving compliments everywhere on my hair, so if you have curly hair, I highly recommend coming here. Daniela styled my hair, and she's phenomenal. Edit: I revisited and had my hair dyed red with a picture reference that Daniela followed precisely.
