My first time being here today and I can say I got the best experience out of it. When I first step inside everything was clean and it smelled good. They had wine and a snack station on the side which I LOVED! I sat down with Elizabeth; she’s very friendly and I definitely vibe with her. She mapped out my brows for me, when she was done with them I was so happy with how they look. She definitely got a forever client from me!!
I’ve been going to Browtender for my brows for about a year and decided to get a Brazilian this past appointment. Crystal took such great care of me during the appointment by talking me through everything she was doing and being very clean throughout the appointment. I normally have gone to European Wax for my Brazilians and would have thought nothing was really special about it, but after this past appointment with Crystal, I will never go to anyone else. 10/10 recommend going to Browtender for all your waxing needs!!
I highly recommend Crystal for any beauty service. She is an amazing person who takes her time and ensures that the service is done correctly. I recently got an eyebrow lamination from her and I am extremely happy with the results. She truly cares about her clients and their satisfaction.
