I went to pick up an order and buy a few more items. I really wish I had gotten the names of the two women who assisted me because they were absolutely amazing! As someone who values good customer service, their help truly brightened my day. A perfect 10/10 experience with no complaints!
They offer self-service checkouts, but you end up being checked out by an employee. The staff members seem more interested in chatting and laughing with each other, being quite rude and ignoring customers while taking their time to ring up purchases. I was so frustrated that I had to leave the store and write this review in my car. I won't be returning to this location and will stick to the White Marsh or Bel Air branches where I usually shop.
Employees here have started using their personal phones to secretly record customers, without any valid explanation when confronted, hastily hiding their devices. Additionally, although they have self-checkout stations, most are disabled except for one where an employee must handle the transaction. Quite suspicious behavior observed at this establishment.
