The team is welcoming, the technicians are well-informed and skilled, and the treatment rooms are spotless and cozy. The only downside I noticed is that they appear to have a high turnover in technicians.

It was my first time getting lash extensions and my stylist Sam was thorough and considerate. She took extra care to explain the process and ensured I was at ease throughout.
