My experience with Fay at The Spa at Red Hots Roslyn was absolutely amazing. She gave me the best facial I've ever had, leaving my skin glowing like never before. Fay was friendly and created a truly relaxing environment. I am eagerly looking forward to my next appointment with her. If you're in search of the finest facial in town, definitely book a session with Fay! You won't be disappointed. - Evelyn C.
The prices at this spa are a bit higher than your average day spa, so be prepared. They do offer packages if you're looking to save some money. I opted for a scrub treatment with Fay, which was excellent. She started with the scrub, followed by a rinse, and then applied lotion with a gentle massage. The room was a bit chilly after coming out of the shower on a hot day, but that's a minor issue. I would have preferred cloth gloves over rubber ones, as I was concerned about plastic residue. However, this is not a reflection on the employee at all. Julie at the front desk was wonderful, knowledgeable about skincare products, and provided great recommendations. She also informed me about the sauna, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this salon. - Sophie W.
My initial visit to The Spa at Red Hots Roslyn was truly delightful. A friend suggested it, having visited the Garden City branch before. Today, I chose to celebrate my birthday there. The day was incredibly soothing, featuring a Signature massage with Suzanne, who did a fantastic job. The overall atmosphere was peaceful. I appreciated the sauna's dry heat, which was not overly humid. The staff, including Julie and Samar, were all very friendly, professional, and accommodating.
