Kathy at Prism Med Spa was fantastic! She truly listened to all my skin concerns and devised a personalized plan. It took me 3 weeks to write this review, the experience was truly nerve-wracking. I visited for a facial, a standard deep clarifying one. I've been having facials for years, it leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean—no acne or blemishes. This time, it was traumatic. The specialist did extractions, damaging my skin. She focused on one spot on my forehead excessively, causing bruising, peeling, and severe damage. My forehead was flawless when I arrived. Now, after 3 weeks, it's embarrassing to go out. People ask if I burned my forehead, that's how damaged it looks.
