Update 10/23/2021 Joined the membership last year due to the appeal of natural products. Disappointed when I tried to cancel, was informed it was done but kept getting charged. Realized the repeated charges months later. After contacting, was told it was canceled incorrectly and rectified. Asked for a refund, only to be directed to the manager, who said it wasn't possible.
I underwent gel x removal and a manicure. Quite a painful manicure... ended up bleeding on one finger and discomfort on most afterward. Gel appears uneven. Uncertain if it was worth $70 before tip. Nail technician was kind though.
Incredible establishment. I am thoroughly impressed with the dedication and professionalism at Prose. A brand I will steadfastly support. As a new patron, the experience was unforgettable. Romero is charming and a true expert.
