Prepare for multiple reschedules, same-day cancellations, and to have your time completely disregarded. It seems to be a pattern of theirs going on for at least 2 years now. The Google reviews don't lie.
Please for the love of god trust these reviews. I’ve genuinely never had a “professional” be so unprofessional. You can schedule a month in advance and they will cancel on you day off 2 hours before your appointment. Choose anywhere but here they don’t deserve your money.
My wedding is in a month and I got a Groupon to try dermaplaning to prep for my big day. Like others had mentioned, they rescheduled my appointment twice before I was actually seen. During the appointment, they did try and sell me several products/services which was uncomfortable. My main issues were noticed after the appointment. An hour after that appointment I noticed a couple of cuts on my cheek from the facial (glad it’s not actually the week of my wedding!). There were also noticeable patches that they missed. Later on in the day, I found that many of the hairs at the start of my hairline were shaved off too and now I’ll have a bunch of tiny hairs popping up at once as they grow back. Overall, I feel they were very unprofessional and are unqualified to do dermaplaning. They shared with me that they got grandfathered in on some of the requirements to do the level of facials that they perform and I would say it shows. I would not recommend to others.
