I received a fantastic acrylic full set from Jennifer. She's amazing! Incredibly friendly and consistently delivers excellent results. My nails always look flawlessly painted and smooth with a beautiful coffin shape. The prices are fair, and the salon has a clean and inviting atmosphere.
I inquired about a specific design (a Christmas tree and ornaments) before starting. She confirmed it was possible. However, when it came to creating the design, she was unable to do it. I would have preferred if she had been honest from the beginning so I could have chosen a different option instead of having my nails partially done, looking unfinished.
I visited for a pink and white acrylic full set. I requested my nails to be soaked off, but Jennifer only filed them down and kept the old tips. The service cost $43, and I added a tip. After getting home, I noticed that she didn't file around the cuticle area properly, causing most nails to catch on my hair and other objects. While I should have pointed it out, professionals should be aware of the correct procedure.
