I stumbled upon D Simple Body through a Google search, unsure of what to expect. I must say, the staff is exceptionally welcoming, and the quality of the massage is top-notch. They also incorporate infrared techniques to help reduce swelling. I would rate it 10/10 and definitely recommend it!
Beware! They manipulate your appointment and take your money unlawfully. I visited for lymphatic massages, and the therapist scheduled me for an appointment. Despite arriving on time, she was late. When I requested a refund, she insisted I wouldn't receive it because I had supposedly canceled, despite her tardiness!!! I wasted my time and money traveling there for nothing. This establishment is deceitful.
I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone recovering from surgery or seeking lymphatic massage. They truly excel in their service! I had just surpassed the 1-week mark post-surgery when I began, and everyone there has been incredibly supportive and helpful. Even my initial conversation with Diana, the manager, immediately put me at ease. Jenny has been my massage therapist, and she is exceptional… her expertise and professionalism are remarkable, and I feel noticeably improved after each session. She has played a significant role in my healing journey. Dani, who manages the front desk, is incredibly kind and assisted me in fitting my faja, even though I wasn't particularly fond of it at the time. The team is outstanding and consistently ensures your comfort. I am now approximately 3.5 weeks post-op and am sincerely thankful for discovering this place. I intend to continue receiving massages and perhaps explore some of their other services as well. :-) Additionally, they offer very reasonable pricing!
