The initial three snaps depict the work executed by Tara salon, while the last snap displays the outcome I desired. I specifically requested knotless small braids, but what I received was not in line with my request. They were not even knotless. I have decided to not return to Tara's salon. When I brought up my concerns to her, she responded with rudeness and disrespect. A lesson learned indeed.
On my second visit, I had an equally delightful experience as my first. The braider worked swiftly, and my braids turned out impeccable, despite me providing my own hair, which was deemed unsatisfactory. Additionally, the salon's location is convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
A regular visitor like myself should be recognized as a loyal client, distinguished from walk-ins, and identified over the phone. I made inquiries for three consecutive days regarding color and the type of hair to bring, only to be told they did not have it. I purchased the hair as advised, but upon arrival, it was not satisfactory, and they did have my preferred color. I typically opt for the smedium boho knotless style priced at $280. Even though I bring my own boho hair, I was met with disbelief when showing them a picture of the braids they previously did. I have no intention of returning to this establishment, especially after paying $280 to $400 for a style I consistently get, only to be met with arrogance and attempts to argue.
