The pricing was fantastic! The groomers displayed remarkable expertise! They executed my requests perfectly! My pup smells divine, feels wonderful, and looks stunning! They accommodated me promptly, surprising me as I anticipated a long wait. I am thoroughly impressed by this establishment!
I scheduled my dog's grooming appointment, but unfortunately had to cancel due to my child's illness. We rescheduled for the following Saturday, but the groomer never showed up or communicated about the absence. Despite my efforts to reach out through calls and texts, there has been no response. Disappointing customer service experience. Wasted time bringing my 15-month-old daughter for the appointment that never happened.
Vogue did a fantastic job with our fur baby. She was glowing and cheerful when we picked her up. We'll definitely be returning for another visit soon.
