After attempting to have them corrected, the only adjustment made was darkening the lines, worsening the situation. I am uncertain if I will return.
I have frequented this establishment for some time without any issues, but this time, I am utterly disappointed. The service felt rushed, and the final result does not align with the length or shape I desired. The design is uneven, differing between fingers and not matching the reference images. The nails appear bulky and inconsistently shaped. Despite paying $65 plus a tip, I find the outcome not worth the cost. I contemplated addressing my concerns but opted against it to avoid conflict. I should leave a salon feeling content, not let down. I am unsure about returning.
I am absolutely enamored with my manicure! I showed the nail technician a photo of the design I wanted for the game tomorrow, and she executed it flawlessly! Both my boyfriend and I adore the result.
