This establishment is not well-versed in their own guidelines. The official website clearly states that their outlets accept manufacturer's coupons that can be utilized concurrently with Sally promotions and select store coupons. Upon visiting, the cashier attempted to refuse my coupon usage, claiming "I've been employed here for 2 years and I've never encountered a coupon being used." Just because she had not encountered a coupon transaction before, does that imply I was mistaken?
