This establishment is not well-versed in their own guidelines. The official website clearly states that their outlets accept manufacturer's coupons that can be utilized concurrently with Sally promotions and select store coupons. Upon visiting, the cashier attempted to refuse my coupon usage, claiming "I've been employed here for 2 years and I've never encountered a coupon being used." Just because she had not encountered a coupon transaction before, does that imply I was mistaken? It is imperative to educate store staff on coupon and promotion policies.
Consistently stocked with the necessary items, this establishment's staff has consistently proven to be helpful and well-informed whenever I require assistance with product usage. During my last visit, they were running a promotion offering a $10 discount on flattening irons, and I was able to apply my 40% off purchase discount in addition to that, resulting in substantial savings for me!
