I had a terrible experience. While on a business trip, I chose the salon with the highest ratings, but I was left extremely disappointed. I should have left when I was informed they couldn't do the simple pedicure I requested. I asked for a full set, showed the desired length and shape, but the result was far from what I expected. Just about 36 hours later, my nail is already chipping, and the polish is coming off. The nails are unevenly filed and shaped. This is by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I would not recommend it and will not be returning. The only positive aspect was that the young lady Sierra was very kind.
I wish there were more stars to give! I absolutely adore this place. I've been a loyal customer for a long time and have never been let down. The service is exceptional, they always accommodate me, and it feels like visiting family. I highly recommend it!
I checked out this salon online and it had great reviews. Sue was pleasant, but... she did the worst job on my nails that I've ever experienced. To begin with, it took her over half an hour to remove my previous nails, and she didn't completely remove the acrylic from two of my nails. She had no idea how to shape a coffin nail, and my nails ended up a bit uneven. I had to come home and refine my nails myself, and on top of that, the cost was steep at $65. It took over two hours to do my nails. I will not be returning.
