I had a terrible experience. While on a business trip, I chose the salon with the highest ratings, but I was left extremely disappointed. I should have left when I was informed they couldn't do the simple pedicure I requested. I asked for a full set, showed the desired length and shape, but the result was far from what I expected. Just about 36 hours later, my nail is already chipping, and the polish is coming off. The nails are unevenly filed and shaped. This is by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I would not recommend it and will not be returning. The only positive aspect was that the young lady Sierra was very kind.
