Not only did she swiftly do my nails, but she is also incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I departed with beautiful hands and feet and a lifted mood. I truly wish I could rate the Rolling Meadows location 0 stars because I just experienced the most dreadful spa visit of my life. I availed of a facial special at 50% off due to receiving an email offer, and mind you, this was my first time visiting this chain. The Esthetician persistently pushed for extra services, so I reluctantly agreed to add one more, feeling guilty...
After waiting for 15 minutes to settle the bill, I discovered it was $50 higher than expected due to the additional services. Apparently, if you add extras, the promotion doesn't apply. No one explained this to me during my first visit; in fact, I felt misled and coerced into these add-ons.
The Manager, Lindsey, was impolite and disrespectful, refusing to reconsider. The entire experience felt like a deception!
Instead of feeling relaxed, I left the premises feeling deeply upset and unsettled.
