I truly wish I could rate the Rolling Meadows location 0 stars because I just experienced the most dreadful spa visit of my life. I availed of a facial special at 50% off due to receiving an email offer, and mind you, this was my first time visiting this chain. The Esthetician persistently pushed for extra services, so I reluctantly agreed to add one more, feeling guilty... After waiting for 15 minutes to settle the bill, I discovered it was $50 higher than expected due to the additional services. Apparently, if you add extras, the promotion doesn't apply. No one explained this to me during my first visit; in fact, I felt misled and coerced into these add-ons. The Manager, Lindsey, was impolite and disrespectful, refusing to reconsider. The entire experience felt like a deception! Instead of feeling relaxed, I left the premises feeling deeply upset and unsettled. Please steer clear of this spa for your own well-being!
This kind of behavior is disgraceful!!! Deceiving customers is unacceptable. I will share my experience on various platforms and will contact the corporate office of H&S.
Absolutely incredible! This establishment is a gem! The team members are exceptionally warm and welcoming! The receptionists are incredibly kind and always make time to assist me with my account, never making me feel inadequate for asking questions! The services are consistently outstanding! My facial always lulls me to sleep, and the massages are flawless! If I could, I'd give them 500 stars!
