Crystal did an outstanding job on my perm and haircut. Initially hesitant about going short, she allowed me to return for further adjustments a few days later, resulting in a flawless outcome. She was skilled, quick, efficient, humorous, and honest. Many struggle to get my hair right, but she knew exactly what to do. Thank you immensely!

I frequent this salon as it's the sole spot in Rolla, MO that offers undercuts, and at a very affordable price of just about $10. I usually prefer walk-ins due to my unpredictable schedule. However, I attempted to make an appointment for a haircut for the first time. The owner, Michelle, answered the phone and seemed a bit curt. While I understand she was busy with a client, her responses came off as indifferent to my patronage - as she was fully booked and couldn't accommodate me. Michelle appears to be the most skilled based on the work showcased on their website, but lacks friendliness. During a walk-in on a slow day, I was assisted by Christina. She was pleasant and provided good service, but the quality of the undercut wasn't up to par. Despite this, I decided to give the salon another chance due to the positive experiences of others. On my next visit, Queenie, a nail technician, styled my hair. Despite my initial reservations, she was precise and delivered exactly what I wanted. I was extremely satisfied with her work. However, I believe the salon as a whole only deserves a 3-star rating.

Enjoyed my visit, will definitely return whenever I need my hair and nails done. Felt like a second home to me.
