No problems with Dr. Rosenbaum, but terrible experience with Albany Bone and Joint staff. Struggling to obtain medical records for two years, hindering necessary ankle care. Neglectful behavior.
Had a bad experience. Expected a quick recovery from a procedure, but ended up having a screw removed from foot a year later without being informed. Ongoing discomfort and worsened knee, hip, and back issues due to surgery. Dr. Rosenbaum was dismissive and unhelpful. Regret the surgery.
Dr. Rosenbaum performed surgery excellently, no complications, smooth recovery. Highly satisfied with the surgery and recovery process. Would give 10 stars if possible. Thank you, Dr. Rosenbaum.
