My appointment was with Lotus Hernandez. She was punctual and well-prepared. Despite not having a picture, I described the cut and style I wanted as best I could. I was amazed at how accurately Lotus executed it! She started with a hair wash and treatment that left my hair repaired, soft, and nourished. Throughout the cut, she ensured I was happy with the face-framing and layers.
I encountered a hair issue from a previous stylist. Amy was not only patient but the products she suggested truly saved my hair! The atmosphere is lovely, and everyone is so friendly!
