They truly don't deserve a single star.
I received a gift card for three massages from this establishment. However, they have no availability for the next three months. When I requested a refund, they adamantly refused. To add insult to injury, the staff member had the audacity to propose a special deal for another gift card for Valentine's Day. I have been visiting this salon since 2019 and I have yet to be disappointed by any service. All of the technicians (I've had 4 of them) are skilled, quick, and friendly. The exterior is very charming and the interior is sleek and modern. The spa and manicure chairs are cozy and spotless.
