They truly don't deserve a single star. I received a gift card for three massages from this establishment. However, they have no availability for the next three months. When I requested a refund, they adamantly refused. To add insult to injury, the staff member had the audacity to propose a special deal for another gift card for Valentine's Day. Unbelievable!
The experience in Rocky Point was abysmal! I attempted to schedule a massage appointment using a gift card I received as a Christmas present. Despite my efforts, I couldn't secure an appointment even through March! When I inquired about April availability, I was informed that their booking for that month wasn't open yet but I could be added to a waitlist. Outrageous! I decided to book an appointment at a different location for this Friday. Something seems awry there! Perhaps they are understaffed or facing closure.
This place is constantly overbooked and understaffed, making it nearly impossible to secure an appointment. I've been attempting to schedule one for months without success. When I tried to cancel my membership over the phone, they insisted on transferring me to another person. However, the individual they attempted to transfer me to was unavailable, and they promised to contact me within a few days. A month later, I still haven't received any communication, and another month's membership fee has been charged. Today, I visited their location in person to cancel my membership, only to find it closed despite their posted hours and Google listing indicating otherwise (2/4 @ 3:50 pm). I am now disputing the latest charge with my credit card company. It's incredibly challenging to secure an appointment or cancel a membership at this establishment, yet they have no qualms about charging you monthly for a service they cannot provide. Stay away from their membership unless you enjoy wasting money.
