I have been visiting this salon since 2019 and I have yet to be disappointed by any service. All of the technicians (I've had 4 of them) are skilled, quick, and friendly. The exterior is very charming and the interior is sleek and modern. The spa and manicure chairs are cozy and spotless. They offer a wide range of colors in gel and powder.
I typically have enjoyable experiences here, but yesterday a new nail technician, whom I had never seen before, attended to my nails. I spent TWO hours in the salon and ended up with this result. It's glaringly obvious that my skin is stained with nail polish, my nails are uneven in length, and the polish is not smooth. I have my bridal shower today and now I must urgently schedule an appointment at a different salon to fix these botched nails. I am truly disappointed with my experience at Chelsea Nails.
