Decided to visit this place after a long absence, regretting it now. Upon entering, a woman with a strong Italian accent asked me, "What are you doing here?" I explained I needed a haircut, and she brusquely directed me to the chair. As she began cutting, she played loud music, making it hard for me to communicate. She offered me a choice between a "chicken cut or a dog cut," which made no sense to me. Despite asking for a trim, she proceeded with what she called a "chicken cut." Throughout the haircut, she kept passing gas and took an unusually long bathroom break, during which I heard strange noises. When I inquired about the delay, she rudely told me to mind my own business. Her phone call was so loud it seemed to reach all the way to China, as she discussed her son's band. The haircut turned into a bizarre experience, with her using soap, shaving my hair, and spinning the chair wildly. When I asked about rinsing my hair, she sarcastically suggested using her spit. At the end, she offered me a "chicken pie" for an exorbitant price, and upon my refusal, she became enraged and threw products around. She even chased me to Target, claiming she knew kung fu. I ended up hiding in the bathroom to avoid her. Update: My third appointment with Irma. She is truly exceptional! This is the healthiest my hair has looked in a while. Today marked my first experience at this establishment. Irma Silva was absolutely amazing beyond words!! She completely revitalized my hair, and the outcome is stunning. I opted for color, a haircut, and styling. I was pleasantly surprised to see that she still knew how to feather hair. Her technique is top-notch. With my naturally curly hair, not many can manage to cut and style it to maintain its smoothness and length. Visited this salon a few days back while in the area, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The staff is so friendly. Lucy, the nail tech who assisted me, gave me a wonderful pedicure. It felt like I received the full massage time without being rushed. The gel polish was applied perfectly up to my cuticles, which is a major plus for me. My feet look and feel amazing!
