0/10, DO NOT TRUST HIM. He will switch up on you and gaslight you for mistakes he made so that he doesn’t have to refund you. Photos showing what I wanted versus what I got. I’ve been a customer for 4 years, have given him over $8,000 of my hard earned savings for business. I Was always patient and flexible when he would last minute cancel on me multiple times for his scheduling mistakes. January 2024, I booked for bleach and blonde extensions. I originally booked for Brazilian knots, but in person he convinces me to do keratin tips (by the time I removed them in April 2024, I lost extreme amounts of hair due to knot buildups around the hot glue). The bleaching went fine, but he picked out grey/blonde color extensions for the all around hair, and bright blonde for money pieces. I asked him TWICE if he was sure it would blend and he said yes. I fly back home to Los Angeles and notice the extensions are all different colors, extremely dry, and are not blending at all. I contact him, he says to use purple shampoo on my real hair and not the extensions. I do that, everything still looks terrible. I reach out again, he offers a redo. I asked what the redo would entail, he doesn’t respond. Multiple times I tried reaching out, he still doesn’t respond. At this point I found a new hair salon and paid over $700 to go brunette because no one could fix it. I had enough, I contacted a lawyer to help me write out a text message requesting I get a refund for the faulty extensions he provided or I would submit a small claims against him. He finally responded and was upset, but he understood and asked how much I wanted in the refund. Fast forward, he decides to gaslight me, telling me he didn’t do anything wrong and God is his witness, so he’ll only refund me $200 out of the $1300 I paid him. I told him absolutely not, I wanted reimbursement for the faulty extensions he provided. After going back and forth, he agreed to pay me back, but only if I gave him my personal home address so that he could take me to court. I told him again, absolutely not. So here I am, no hair redo, no refund, lost over $2,000, and now I am brunette instead of blonde all because of his mistakes. His manipulation, playing the victim, and lack of compassion is sinful.

Cris was absolutely amazing and accommodating. We took our time testing how my hair would react to color as I was a little nervous about the health of my hair — she educated me on how to take care of my install & it looks seamless and natural. Exactly what I wanted. Definitely would recommend and will be returning in the future! 💕

Best hair extensions ever! Cris can work on all different hair textures and give you your dream hair with no damage at all. I had very thin see through hair and she completely transformed my hair I'm in love with my hair now. I will never go to anyone else, she definitely knows what she's doing!
