My partner and I scheduled a couples massage, and it was a fantastic experience. The deep tissue massage was exceptional, and the therapists were highly skilled. It was my first visit to the establishment, and I highly recommend it for both couples and individuals seeking a massage. Excellent work, therapists!
We phoned to make a reservation and inquired about the cost of a couples massage. We were informed it would be $130, so I mentioned that I intended to use a Groupon, which offered the service for only $104. They then agreed to honor the discounted price. However, upon arrival for the massage, we were told it would actually be $140—$70 per person. I explained that I had confirmed the price with the discount or price match when making the appointment. They then stated that the price quoted was for a Swedish massage, whereas we had received a deep tissue massage that we had not requested. They claimed that Swedish massages were typically for older individuals, while deep tissue was more suitable for younger clients.
