I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional level of service provided by this salon. I highly recommend their services without reservation. The staff demonstrated utmost professionalism and friendliness throughout the entire appointment. The appointment proceeded exceptionally smoothly and efficiently, without any waiting time. The beautician displayed extensive knowledge and genuine kindness. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff, especially Nube, for her invaluable assistance in selecting the most appropriate haircut and style that complemented my facial features. Nube's transparency and detailed explanations at every stage of the process were greatly appreciated.
I went for a full balayage service, glaze, and hair trim and requested Nube since I liked her stories featured on IG. She took great care of my hair and met my needs with the perfect color and hairstyle! Nube was pleasant and kind throughout our time together. She advised on how to treat my hair and what products to use, going forward. The salon overall was impeccable and well kept. The pretty girl at the front desk greeted me with a great smile and offered me a beverage - excellent customer service! The girl who washed my hair was also courteous and there was a social media professional at the salon, who took video of my transformation - super cool! I am so glad my sister and niece recommended me to go to Prime Salon. I already booked my follow up with Nube for Feb 2024!
I am so thrilled to have found Prime! I went in for color, glaze & blowout which came out amazing. Alexa is awesome! She was kind enough to fix my layers from the last haircut I had too. Now, my hair looks fabulous. They also have a Medi-spa that provides facials, botox etc...I booked consult & am looking forward to that appointment, I'm sure it will be great. I will let you know how it goes. It will be nice to have all my hair styling & facial needs takin care of at the same place! Thanks guys I am so happy I found you 😊🥂
