I bought a laser hair removal deal from a group-buying site. Before purchasing, I checked the website of the salon. The actual salon was not as clean and updated as the pictures online. Despite that, I proceeded with the laser treatments. I was attended by 4 different technicians over 6 sessions. Some were skilled, but others seemed inexperienced. Additionally, the cooling feature of the machine was malfunctioning during one visit.
I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. My child visited the day before a trip, and they caused severe bruising and burns. They did not respond to any attempts at communication.
