My visit to Flutter Beauty with Hawley was exceptional! The environment was impeccably clean and inviting. As someone in the beauty industry with high standards, I was thoroughly impressed. These lashes are truly the best extensions I've ever had. The process was comfortable and the results are breathtaking. I've received numerous compliments on how natural they look, surpassing my experiences at other salons. Hawley's expertise extended to shaping my eyebrows, which I adore. Thank you, Hawley, for the fantastic experience. I will definitely return to Flutter Beauty for future appointments.
Although my lash technician was friendly during the service, the end result did not match my expectations. I requested a natural set with a 1:1 lash ratio, assuming it would look subtle and realistic. However, despite showing a reference photo during the consultation, the technician failed to mention that my lashes might turn out more dramatic due to individual differences. I wear minimal makeup, so the overly dramatic lashes felt out of place. When suggested to add dimension for a subtle cat eye effect, I agreed, expecting a natural look. After completion, I felt pressured to express satisfaction but later reached out to discuss my dissatisfaction. It was disappointing to learn additional details about the set post-service and be charged full price for a new set. The result resembled hybrid lashes, not my desired natural look. The uneven length and density of the lashes drew attention to the asymmetry of my eyes, receiving comments on their uneven appearance. This review aims to inform others that the natural set leans towards the dramatic side, contrary to expectations. While suitable for hybrid to mega volume styles, it may not align with preferences for a subtle, natural look.
