I have been frequenting this establishment since March 2023 and opting for acrylics. Today, however, marked a dreadful experience for me. The nail technician inadvertently cracked my nail while removing my acrylics. He neglected to sand them down beforehand and disregarded my complaints as I expressed my discomfort and pain. Despite my protests, the nail tech continued to forcefully remove my nails, insisting that it is always a painful process. I attempted to explain that professional nail removal should not be excruciating, unlike when one does it themselves. Eventually, I had to leave midway through the service.
