I have been frequenting this establishment since March 2023 and opting for acrylics. Today, however, marked a dreadful experience for me. The nail technician inadvertently cracked my nail while removing my acrylics. He neglected to sand them down beforehand and disregarded my complaints as I expressed my discomfort and pain. Despite my protests, the nail tech continued to forcefully remove my nails, insisting that it is always a painful process. I attempted to explain that professional nail removal should not be excruciating, unlike when one does it themselves. J’lyn was incredibly patient, understanding that little ones need breaks, and she created a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I am absolutely blown away by the talent of these artists! I chose the Lavender artists for my wedding, and it was the best decision I made! As someone who rarely wears makeup, I was apprehensive about how I would look. Jess is a master of creating a natural yet glamorous look! I felt stunning on my wedding day, and my makeup stayed flawless all night long! I was also concerned about my hair looking stiff or too styled, but Lindsay is a phenomenal stylist! She did an incredible job managing my long hair without any stiffness!
