I've frequented this establishment for years. Even in my youth, I visited with my sibling. However, yesterday's experience may have changed it all. Usually, there's a gentleman on duty who is quite amiable. But yesterday, there was an elderly lady whom I hadn't seen in a while and do not wish to encounter again. I requested a particular fragrance that they usually carry. She became irritable and instructed me not to mention it again because she didn't want to hear about it. Well, if it bothers you that much, then cease selling it altogether. Moreover, my cousin and I were not greeted properly. Her customer service skills are severely lacking.
