I cannot praise Jenny from Osmosis enough! She is SO skilled, detail-focused, and meticulous - you can truly sense she knows what she’s doing and that she genuinely cares about making you feel special through her work. I'm not very well-versed in nails, but Jenny ALWAYS ensures to explain my choices, suggest colors, and propose designs, but NEVER in a pushy manner.
Jenny is phenomenal! I visited her for soft gel extensions and she was so wonderful! She took the time to educate me on what she was doing and why (which I greatly appreciate). She shaped my nails beautifully and created a lovely design from a photo I showed her. She even included some design details she added (which she consulted me on before doing) that enhanced it! The salon is extremely clean and well-organized. She is so kind and engaged in conversation that felt like I was chatting with a friend I had known for years. I can't wait to return to her in a few weeks!
I don't usually get my nails done but was searching for a special nail artist for my wedding- Jenny NAILED it and was fairly priced. She did an incredible job. If you are seeking someone to do your bridal nails, then absolutely book her. Thank you Jenny!
