I visited the salon at 5 PM today and was surprised by the long wait. Unfortunately, my appointment lasted until closing at 7 PM. The nail technician, Ken Hoang, was rough, causing pain, tearing my nails, and cutting me multiple times. He handled my hands roughly and displayed rude behavior throughout the session. I paid $85 for the service, but the outcome was disappointing and overpriced. If I had known the result would be so poor, I would have chosen a different salon or done my nails at home. By far my worst experience ever in a nail salon. I had never felt so discriminated against. I called the shop before going around 4:05 pm, asking if they had time to do a refill and a pedicure. The guy that answered the phone said yes. I had a massage from Taylor. It was absolutely amazing. They are truly the best. I highly recommend them. I also had a facial from Jordan. They were incredible. This is a fantastic spa.
