Can we discuss the incredible work they do here? I mean... just look at these masterpieces!! I'm absolutely smitten. Had a lovely conversation with them about marriage, children, gardening... so gracious and executes the task flawlessly!! I'm head over heels, thank you so much everyone ❤️
No stars was not an option. ABSOLUTE worst Mani/Pedi experience! Nails were left uneven, polish was a mess, streaked and all over the skin around my nails. This was done on a Friday, I had to remove the fingernail polish on Saturday morning and the toenail polish on Sunday. $65 plus tip down the drain. Won't be coming back.
My visit to this establishment was extremely disappointing. I opted for a pedicure and a full set of nails. For the pedicure, I chose the basic option but was charged extra for nail trimming ($42). I was taken aback as to what a pedicure would entail without nail trimming. As for the full set, the technician kept filing my skin multiple times, resulting in uneven and poorly shaped nails.
