I'm giving one star simply for basic courtesy. I have a busy schedule, so when I inquire about the cost and details of a Deluxe pedicure, it's because I want to be informed about what I'm paying for. My stepdaughter is interested in getting her feet done, and I wanted to gather information before sending her over. If the phone interaction is this unpleasant, I dread to think how it would be in person. Don't discourage customers from asking questions - that's just bad customer service.
