I'm giving one star simply for basic courtesy. I have a busy schedule, so when I inquire about the cost and details of a Deluxe pedicure, it's because I want to be informed about what I'm paying for. My stepdaughter is interested in getting her feet done, and I wanted to gather information before sending her over. If the phone interaction is this unpleasant, I dread to think how it would be in person. My mother and I arrived here in late January for her hair appointment. A friend suggested The Beauty Box, and we were truly impressed! My mother's hair was styled by Jordan, who did an outstanding job. Later, we both enjoyed facials by Emma, which were equally fantastic. All the women at the salon are not only skilled but also very welcoming and kind.
