I visited the salon around 7:15pm on a Thursday, hoping to get a quick polish before they closed at 8pm. Unfortunately, the receptionist seemed hesitant and unresponsive when I asked for the service. Despite my repeated requests, I was met with silence and no indication of whether they could accommodate me or not. The lack of communication and poor customer service left me with no choice but to leave. I won't be returning to a place with such disregard for clients.
I can't express how fantastic my experience was at this salon. The moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and tasteful decor. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even taking me in as a walk-in on a busy Saturday evening. Jenna did my full set with precision, checking in multiple times to ensure the length and shape were just right - and they were! Then, Hannah's nail art was simply stunning. The entire visit was wonderful, with pleasant conversations and meticulous attention to detail from both Jenna and Hannah. Despite the late hour, they didn't rush and made me feel completely at ease. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
I've been a regular at Polished for almost two years now, and every visit is a delight. The salon is consistently spotless and welcoming, and I always leave satisfied with the services. My wedding nails were beautifully done here, and recently, Kevin gave me the best pedicure and acrylic set ever. I often recommend Polished to my friends because of their reliability and the fantastic atmosphere.
