I visited Alex for a lash lift and tint after a friend suggested her. The salon was impeccably charming and spotless, and she exuded kindness. With a wealth of expertise, she truly excels at her craft. My acquaintances who receive lash extensions from her have only sung praises. Additionally, she conscientiously wore a mask, enhancing my sense of security. I will unquestionably return! Be sure to schedule your appointment in advance as she is in high demand!

I visited the salon around 7:15pm on a Thursday, hoping to get a quick polish before they closed at 8pm. Unfortunately, the receptionist seemed hesitant and unresponsive when I asked for the service. Despite my repeated requests, I was met with silence and no indication of whether they could accommodate me or not. The lack of communication and poor customer service left me with no choice but to leave.
