I visited the salon around 7:15pm on a Thursday, hoping to get a quick polish before they closed at 8pm. Unfortunately, the receptionist seemed hesitant and unresponsive when I asked for the service. Despite my repeated requests, I was met with silence and no indication of whether they could accommodate me or not. The lack of communication and poor customer service left me with no choice but to leave. I won't be returning to a place with such disregard for clients.
