8/26 edit: Just got these lashes a couple days ago, and a few have already fallen out (I made sure to keep them dry). The receptionist was really nice, but I've noticed that a lot of the reviews are written right after the service (they ask for feedback almost immediately), not giving enough time to see if the lashes last. I've been making the half-hour drive for 3 years just to have my brows threaded by the top talent here. I exclusively see Ruma (the owner) because she truly works wonders on my brows. However, I must admit that all her employees here also do a fantastic job.
