Wasted over 2 hours and ended up with an amateur job. Not worth the time or money. I think part of it was the type of polish they use. It was streaky and clumpy. I pointed out how bad it looked, and the lady tried to redo it. It looked a little better, but I think I could do a better job myself. The nails were not filed straight at all, and I had to ask for that to be fixed. I said I had already cut them and didn't want them any shorter, but she chose to cut them anyways and make them uneven and extremely short. Someone else took over and tried to make them not so jagged and had to trim them even shorter. There is still polish on my toes that was not cleaned up. After spending all that time and money, I feel like I need to remove all the polish and do it myself. The manicure was a little better and looks nice, but my cuticles look bad, and they were filed too short also. Although they were very nice, I don't feel like it was quality work and definitely not worth the time or money.
