The service department's performance was abysmal. Brought in my Pathfinder due to a bothersome grinding noise while coasting. Clearly communicated the issue and when it occurred. Initially, they replaced the front drive assembly and right drive axle, but the noise persisted. Subsequently, they swapped out the left front drive axle, but still no resolution. The problem was eventually traced to the left rear CV shaft, after unnecessary replacements and a steep increase in cost. I managed to negotiate the bill down, but now I have a slew of superfluous new parts. Caution is advised, as the purported Master Technicians seem to resort to trial and error rather than pinpointing the actual issue. A former honest employee in the Service Department had warned me about this practice, and I regret not heeding the advice. Proceed with caution, especially for non-warranty repairs.
