On New Year's Eve, my spouse and I visited this Walgreens at 6:20 pm. He went inside to find the item he needed. However, an employee immediately started shouting at him, claiming the store closed at 6:00. She also yelled at another customer attempting to purchase medicine. Despite the door being unlocked and wide open, my husband was scolded for being "rude." The employee continued to raise her voice towards him and the other customer. Clearly, these employees require better vetting and training.
I visited Walgreens for my initial COVID vaccination. Although they were quite busy, the service was remarkably efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff was supportive and amiable.
