Anna did a pretty decent job on my pedicure and I would recommend her. However, Kyle did my pink and white ombré nails. They are the worst set I have ever had. The acrylic is uneven, the white has specks of dirt in it, and my nails don't look clean around the cuticle. The acrylic even went over my cuticle and built up under my fingernail. When he used the drill to clean under my nail, he accidentally made me bleed and then carelessly tried to finish the others. I wouldn't trust them to fix my nails and didn't have time to argue since I had another appointment.
My appointment didn't seem to matter. They were so behind schedule that they left my friend and me with our feet in cold water for 30 minutes. To make matters worse, they let the tub overflow, and their young child had to turn it off for them. The whole experience of getting a gel pedicure was far from relaxing. The salon felt unwelcoming, unclean, and run-down. On the bright side, my toes turned out nicely.
First visit here and it was fantastic. Taylor did my nails! They were fantastic and took the time to really understand what I wanted. My sibling got theirs done by a different nail technician and they did a great job too.
