After careful consideration, I have mustered the courage to write my inaugural review, though I wish it could have been a positive one.
Firstly, I want to commend the beauty sales team—they are consistently supportive, pleasant, and professional. If I could, I would rate them highly, which is why I am giving this review at least 2 stars. However, my hair appointment in May left me profoundly disheartened, particularly considering the premium price I paid.
The service fell short on several fronts. The haircut felt hurried, and the stylist took an extended lunch break during my appointment, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Moreover, post-appointment, I experienced intense scalp irritation and a persistent bleach scent that was so overwhelming, I struggled to sleep, even after numerous washes, cooling my scalp, and yes, shedding tears due to the discomfort.
When I reached out the next morning, I was grateful that the team promptly rectified the color. Nevertheless, the haircut still did not align with what I had clearly indicated in reference photos. While I understand that breaks are necessary, the prolonged lunch break seemed to compromise the quality of my service, and this was evident in the final outcome.
Regrettably, I will not be revisiting this establishment for hair services. The experience felt unprofessional, and the price did not reflect the service quality I anticipated. Thank you for the lesson learned.
