After careful consideration, I have mustered the courage to write my inaugural review, though I wish it could have been a positive one. Firstly, I want to commend the beauty sales team—they are consistently supportive, pleasant, and professional. If I could, I would rate them highly, which is why I am giving this review at least 2 stars. However, my hair appointment in May left me profoundly disheartened, particularly considering the premium price I paid. The service fell short on several fronts. The haircut felt hurried, and the stylist took an extended lunch break during my appointment, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Moreover, post-appointment, I experienced intense scalp irritation and a persistent bleach scent that was so overwhelming, I struggled to sleep, even after numerous washes, cooling my scalp, and yes, shedding tears due to the discomfort. When I reached out the next morning, I was grateful that the team promptly rectified the color. Nevertheless, the haircut still did not align with what I had clearly indicated in reference photos. While I understand that breaks are necessary, the prolonged lunch break seemed to compromise the quality of my service, and this was evident in the final outcome. Regrettably, I will not be revisiting this establishment for hair services. The experience felt unprofessional, and the price did not reflect the service quality I anticipated. Thank you for the lesson learned.

OH MY! I am absolutely thrilled with how Maria styled my hair for my wedding! I have known Maria for what seems like an eternity, our connection stemming from her sons being friends with my brother. We have shared a special bond ever since! I am so grateful for the care and attention Maria and Vanessa showered on me during my styling session two days prior to my wedding, including the trial and dyeing session, as well as on the day of my wedding for the final look! I give them a resounding 5 stars! Since 2018, Maria has been the only one to cut and dye my hair. I admire her personal growth and success as a business owner!
