I phoned and was pleased to schedule an appointment promptly at 7p. The technician did an outstanding job! They even stayed late to complete the service. Their attention to detail was impressive. It's been a while since I had my nails done, and I've been longing for it for ages. Working the night shift made it challenging, but today I finally managed to get it done. I'm thrilled I chose Designer's Nails and had this technician. They've gained a loyal customer!
The entire experience was delightful. Both my granddaughter and I opted for the gel manicure. We will definitely be returning.
The service was absolutely dreadful. I requested short, almond-shaped nails and was flatly refused. I found the individual I dealt with to be extremely impolite and disrespectful. I was even asked to dip my own nails because apparently, I was too tense. Then, I was criticized for being rude to them. My time at this establishment was a terrible experience, and I have no intention of returning.
